When it comes to healthcare and you think about the vastness of the universe and how divinely designed and created our bodies are, you can’t help but think about how we are empowered to manage our own healthcare and heal ourselves along the way. It begs the question, can you heal yourself?

There are basically only four kinds of disturbances in our bodies;

  • Injuries
  • Bacteria, etc., and
  • Shortages (minerals, vitamins, etc.)
  • Food Supply Contamination

Our job is to figure out which one or combination of them is causing our current problem and take the necessary steps to remedy it.

Obviously, you are wearing your body therefore no one else is in a better position than you to remedy your problem.

It’s So Easy

I believe we’ve been sold a bill of goods when it comes to fixing what makes you feel bad. Think about it. When you get nauseous, have severe headaches, or vertigo, run a fever, lose your balance, or have painful joints that you use regularly, what do you do?

You go to the doctor. What does the doctor do? He listens to what you have to say. maybe does some documentation (blood tests, X-rays, etc.) and gives you a prescription for an FDA-approved pharmaceutical remedy that is designed to stop what is making you feel bad.

What If DIY is Better?

The combination of the human body and God’s provision found all around us on the earth may be all that is necessary to answer any of your health and healing concerns. It’s not that complicated. Using your observations and intuition will show you what to do.

So, try that solution that has piqued your interest. It may be one thing or a combination of items that you feel may be your remedy.

If it doesn’t start to improve (make you feel better) after a few days, try the next on your list that occurs to you.

The Advantage of Doing it Yourself

Once you begin to trust your inner guidance system, you will be able to see that God has provided you with the perfect doctor: You. And you have access to the perfect pharmacy: All the ingredients provided by the planet, which may be found either above or beneath its surface are the only remedies your body requires. And best of all, they are perfectly matched to your biology.

You Could Go to the Doctor

Of course, you can always go to a licensed “expert” to get your body numbed with poisons (patented and profitable drugs) so you no longer feel the problem. But does that really help?

Or, You Can Eliminate the Source of the Problem Yourself

By following your divine inspiration and an intuitive natural approach to solving the problem, you are addressing the root cause of that which concerns you, not simply masking the symptom(s).

What Else Could You Do?

This is one other problem however and it is easier to fix by yourself than the other three. I’ll have to give you a little background information so you can fully understand the problem.

For thousands of years, the beings behind the scenes who control our “free” world have been using every means at their disposal to keep our population down because we breed like rabbits and they do not want our huge population to prompt us to try to escape from them into space to relieve the population pressure.

What they have done about it is to add slow poisons to all commercially produced food.

What Are You Eating?

Q: What are you eating? A: Poison.

If you are eating commercially processed food, there’s a good chance (if not 100%) that you are ingesting some type of poison that is included in the treatment of or ingredients hidden within the food that you are eating every day.

Remember, there are organic poisons also.

What Can You Do?

Our number one job is to

  1. Get off of as much commercially processed food as possible and
  2. Get back on to food produced by small families and people you know, as well as
  3. Produce your own food yourself whenever possible.
