Previous Reiki experience is not required. Usui Reiki 1,2, and 3 (Master) attunements are included in the first session, but not the training. If you intend to practice traditional Reiki, you will need to get Reiki 1, 2, and 3 training separately.

- Learn to find out what the energy flow is in an injured area and how to return that area to a positive energy flow whereby the body can heal itself.
